Anonymous Bullying / Threat Reporting

The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. If you see or hear something concerning—such as bullying or threatening behavior—we encourage you to report it. This page allows students, parents, and community members to share concerns anonymously so school administrators can review the information and take appropriate action to help keep our school safe.

 Bullying

Indiana Code defines bullying (IC 20-33-8-0.2) as overt, unwanted, and repeated acts or gestures—including verbal, written, or electronic communication—committed by a student against another with the intent to harass, ridicule, humiliate, intimidate, or harm, creating a hostile environment.

MUST MEET THESE 3 REQUIREMENTS
1.) Mean or unwanted behavior
2.) Unbalance of power
3.) Potential to be repeated

 Threats
A statement, action, or behavior that communicates an intent
to cause harm to a person, group of people, or property.

THREE LEVELS OF THE THREAT-ASSESSMENT PROCESS

1.) LOW LEVEL THREAT- A threat that appears vague, indirect,                             unrealistic, or unlikely to be carried out.

2.) MEDIUM LEVEL THREAT- A threat that could potentially be carried                out, but the plan is not fully developed or imminent.

3.) HIGH LEVEL THREAT- A threat that is direct, specific, and credible,                indicating a serious or imminent danger.
