Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are looking forward to our annual Field Day on Tuesday, May 26th! This is always a highlight of the year for our students, filled with fun activities, teamwork, and lots of excitement.
To help make the day a success, we are in need of volunteers to assist with our activity stations. We will have 12 stations, and we are hoping to have 3 volunteers per station to help run games, guide students, and keep everything running smoothly.
Field Day Schedule:
4th Grade: 10:00 – 11:45 AM
2nd & 3rd Grade: 12:20 – 1:50 PM
A SignUpGenius link is below, where you can choose a time slot and station that works best for you. You are welcome to sign up for one or more sessions.
In the event of rain, Field Day will be moved indoors to the gym. We will still need volunteers, though the schedule and activities may be modified.
We truly appreciate your support in making this a fun and memorable experience for all of our students. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your time and support!
Sincerely,
Josh Welch - Physical Education Teacher

If you are bringing your child to school in the morning, please drop off your child at the front drop off area beginning at 7:10 a.m.
Please enter school grounds via the back entrance on 700N. Pull all the way around and there will be staff to direct you to pull forward. They will also be there to assist your child out of the car. Parents should not get out of the car.
Please remember that you must come in to sign a student in and out of school if it is after 7:35 am or before 2:05 pm. They could be considered tardy if this procedure is not followed.
The back gate opens at 1:30 for pick-up. Do not park on the grass or anywhere on 700N. We use a cone/number system to make sure students are safe.
Please display car rider numbers during pick up.
Please follow all procedures.
Thank you.
