Dear MES Families,
We made it to fall break!
We are also putting the finishing touches on an exciting new project for our students! We have installed monitors throughout the building that will feature slideshows celebrating our students and all the wonderful things happening at MES. Stay tuned for more information!
Thank you for your continued support throughout this first quarter. I hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing, and well-deserved fall break!

Did you know that every MVCSC student has a library card through the Hancock County Public Library to access online resources? To obtain a student’s library card, a parent/guardian can login to Skyward and then click Portfolio > Library Card Numbers. To use the library card in the Libby app (Libby is a free app that allows users to borrow digital content including ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines from their public library), use the pin 0000. If you have any questions about the HCPL library card, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Good afternoon!

Families with multiple children in Mount Vernon Schools should apply only at the school their youngest child attends. All requests must be submitted by October 22nd.
Thanksgiving meals need to be picked up at McCordsville Elementary on Monday, November 23rd.
If you have questions, please contact the school counselor, Jennifer Brown, at jennifer.brown@mtvernonschools.org or via ParentSquare.
